Tiffany Gooding has been a School Psychologist with the Avon Public School District since 2009. She has also acted as the supervising School Psychologist for the Avon Public Schools Extended School Year Summer Camp Program for over ten years. Tiffany is passionate about supporting all students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs and creating equitable and inclusive environments.

Tiffany graduated from Wesleyan University in 2004 with a B.A. in psychology. After graduating from Wesleyan, she became a coordinator for Yale University's Haskins Laboratory, researching language development in infants and toddlers. After two years at Haskins, her education continued at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she earned her Master's and 6th-year degrees in School Psychology in 2009.
